Damage from accidents, power surges, liquid exposure, or environmental hazards

How to File a Warranty Claim

Ship the PC to us (customer covers initial shipping)

We'll repair and return it free of charge
Returns & Replacements

Returns accepted within 10 days of delivery for unopened items

Opened or custom builds may incur a 20% restocking fee

If your PC arrives damaged or defective, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost
Limitation of Liability
TML PCs’ responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Orders & Payment
Orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay Installments, and other payment options shown at checkout.
Cancellations & Changes

Ready to Ship PCs can't be canceled prior to shipping

Staple or Custom Builds may incur a restocking or labor fee if canceled after production begins

Risk of Loss
Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. TML PCs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after handoff to the carrier.
Financing
We offer Shop Pay Installments at checkout to split your purchase into manageable payments.
