Ship within 5–10 business days

All systems are stress-tested, quality-checked, and securely packed before leaving our facility. Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.

Warranty Coverage

Staple Builds include a 1-Year Hardware Warranty

All systems include lifetime labor coverage

Covered:

Replacement of components with manufacturer defects
Complimentary repairs for eligible hardware issues

Not Covered:

Damage from accidents, power surges, liquid exposure, or environmental hazards
Mishandling, overclocking, or third-party modifications

Conditions:

Proof of purchase (receipt or invoice) and ORIGINAL BOX are required
Warranty applies only under normal use conditions

How to File a Warranty Claim

Contact us at servicetmlpcs@gmail.com with a description of the issue
Ship the PC to us (customer covers initial shipping)
We'll repair and return it free of charge

Returns & Replacements

Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery for unopened items
Opened or custom builds may incur a 20% restocking fee
If your PC arrives damaged or defective, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost
Once your shipping label is issued, you'll have 5 business days to drop off the package with your local carrier. Labels not used within this window may void your return or refund eligibility.

Limitation of Liability

TML PCs’ responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing defective parts. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Orders & Payment
Orders must be paid in full before processing. We accept major credit cards, Shop Pay Installments, and other payment options shown at checkout.

Cancellations & Changes

Ready to Ship PCs can't be canceled prior to shipping
Staple or Custom Builds canceled prior to shipping are subject to a 3% processing recovery fee to cover non-refundable merchant charges.
For any changes, contact servicetmlpcs@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Risk of Loss
Once shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. TML PCs is not responsible for lost or damaged packages after handoff to the carrier.
