How long does it take to ship a PC? ▶
Custom and Built-to-order PCs ship within 5–10 business days. Ready-to-ship systems go out within 2 business days from the day the order was placed.
Can I customize my PC beyond the options listed? ▶
Absolutely! Use our Custom Builder or leave a note at checkout — we’ll work with your request to build exactly what you need if it's not something we already offer.
Do you offer warranties? ▶
Yes. All new builds include a 1-year parts and labor warranty. Ready to Ship Refurbished PCs come with a 90-day warranty by default.
Where are you located and where do you ship? ▶
We're based out of the U.S. in Virginia and currently ship nationwide to all 50 states. International shipping is not available at this time but we are hard at work to offer that option soon! Please reach out if it's something you are interested in.
